Restoration doesn’t end when the last tree goes in the ground. In many ways, that’s when the real work begins. Freeze-thaw cycles, high winds, ice, and saturated soils have taken a toll on newly planted trees at our Talcott site. Come out to the site to help with on-going care for these trees. Volunteers will work on re-staking trees and reattaching protective tubing.

What to Know:

• Dress for the weather! This event will take place outdoors on a site with lots of uneven ground and mud.
• Check your email before heading out in case weather conditions require changes or cancellation.
