CLEVELAND, Ohio –West Creek Conservancy has been selected as the beneficiary of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Monsters Assists for a Cause initiative for the 2024-2025 season. This impactful program is made possible through a generous partnership with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, which continues its tradition of supporting local communities.
For every assist made by the Cleveland Cavaliers or the Cleveland Monsters, Tito’s Handmade Vodka will donate $10 to West Creek Conservancy. These donations will directly support West Creek Conservancy’s mission to protect, restore, and connect Northeast Ohio’s natural habitats. The more assists on the court, the greater the impact on protecting and restoring our region’s green spaces and waterways.
“We’re humbled with the opportunity to partner with the Cavs, Monsters, and Tito’s Handmade Vodka – all of whom help make Northeast Ohio an amazing place to live, work, and play. Such funding plays a crucial role in our ability to protect amazing places and create amazing spaces in our community. Protect – Restore – Connect.” said Derek Schafer, Executive Director of West Creek Conservancy.
Over the past seven seasons, Tito’s has contributed more than $150,000 to Cleveland-area nonprofits through the Assists for a Cause program. This year, West Creek Conservancy is honored to be the recipient of this vital support. These funds will enable the Conservancy to continue its mission of preserving and enhancing Northeast Ohio’s natural areas, benefiting both the environment and the communities that depend on them.
You Can Make an Impact, Too!
While the Cavs and Tito’s Handmade Vodka are doing their part on the court, you can also contribute to West Creek Conservancy’s efforts. By donating, you’ll help protect Northeast Ohio’s natural beauty for generations to come.
