Tree Planting
URGENT VOLUNTEER CALL – HELP US PLANT 400 TREES TOMORROW MORNING!
We need helping hands ASAP! A shipping delay means 400 tree saplings have arrived at our Casement restoration site in Painesville and must be planted immediately to ensure their survival.
This is a unique chance to jump into a restoration project in real time. Join us at this former golf course and make a visible, lasting impact by increasing biodiversity and protecting the future of this landscape.
Every volunteer makes a difference—and we can’t do this without you.
What to know:
- Clothing/Footwear: Dress for a very wet site and uneven terrain. Expect muddy conditions.
- Parking: Available in the driveway of the yellow house.
- Restrooms/Water: No restrooms or drinking water on site—please plan accordingly.
What to bring (if you have it):
- Shovel
- Work gloves
