Steven is a former non-profit director and educator with over two decades experience in education and curriculum development. Steven earned his master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Steven brings to West Creek a commitment to fostering food literacy, sustainable agriculture, and community empowerment through education. With a strong curriculum creation and intervention strategies background, Steven has tailored his expertise to serve diverse populations, focusing on standards-based food systems education and accessible programming that meets community needs.

Steven leads an organization dedicated to enhancing food literacy, community-based education, and sustainable agriculture. His leadership spans curriculum design, strategic planning, and community partnerships, including collaborations with local school districts and organizations supporting food security. Steven spearheads the development of the Ohio State Learning Standard-based curriculum in seasonal agriculture, culinary arts, and nutrition. His work extends West Creek’s educational reach in Northeast Ohio, including initiatives like the Cuyahoga County Board of Health’s Feed Our Future, aligning West Creek’s mission with state and local health goals.
