Expanding West Creek Reservation
Repurposing the Former Parmadale Campus
The former 80-acre campus is nearly all cleaned up and ready to be activated as public park land & added to West Creek Reservation – but we need your support to finalize the transition!
Transforming Urban Land
In 2017, in partnership with the City of Parma, we acquired 80 acres of the former Parmadale Campus with the goal of restoring and integrating the land into West Creek Reservation, the very park that this organization – with your support – helped to create.
Following the acquisition, West Creek took the lead on the environmental clean-up and restoration of the neglected and blighted property which involves a coordinated effort from many individuals and organizations.
We Need Your Help!
As of May 2019, 15 of the 18 structures have been removed! Our demolition and environmental clean-up is almost complete. This important work is supported largely by generous donors like you who contribute to our organization.
With only 5.4% public green space in a dense urban/suburban region, the addition to the park will CREATE more vibrant communities, CONNECT people to health and nature, and RESTORE habitat for cleaner air, land and water.
Join us today for a greater, greener CLE!

We need your help! We have to raise $450,000 for demolition by October 2020. We have leveraged $300,000 towards demolition and need your help in raising the additional $150,000 — otherwise, the $300,000 is lost and forfeited.
