Kelly Eppink
Kelly Eppink joined West Creek Conservancy in November 2025 as Director of Development. She brings years of experience working with local nonprofits in membership, donor relations, and event management. She is excited to combine her professional skills with her love for nature and the outdoors.
Kelly lives on a small farm in Medina County with her husband and their three children. When she’s not working or driving her kids to activities, you can usually find her tending to the family chickens, goats and pigs, working on projects in their 1865 farmhouse, or reading a good book. She also enjoys giving back to her community through her work with the Medina County Poultry Committee Junior Fair, where she’s served as a committee member for the past four years.
Originally from Garfield Heights, Kelly grew up exploring local parks and creeks with her family. Those early adventures sparked her lifelong passion for conservation and her dedication to connecting Ohioans to the incredible natural spaces all around them.
