Volunteers at this event will play a key role in preparing the sale area and ensuring everything is organized\, welcoming\, and ready for shoppers. \nActivities will include: \n\nSetting aside pre-sale orders\nOrganizing plant inventory\nSetting up checkout area\nLabeling plants clearly and accurately\nHanging and setting up signage\nCleaning and tidying the plant sale area\nWeeding and general garden cleanup\n\nThis is a great hands-on opportunity to support our plant sale\, work outdoors\, and contribute to a successful community event. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to help and get a little dirty! \nWhat to know: \n\nDress for the outdoors. This event will be held outdoors at our Creekside Collaborative Partners site\, so please wear comfortable\, weather‑appropriate clothing and shoes. You are welcome to bring work/garden gloves if you have them\, but we will have some available.\nCheck your email before arriving. DESCRIPTION:Save the date for our Fall Plant Sale at Creekside Collaborative Partners (7000 Randolph Dr\, Parma\, OH 44129) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday\, September 26th. \n\nGrow Native. Support Local Conservation. \nNative plants do more than make our yards and communities more beautiful. They provide critical habitat for wildlife\, support healthy ecosystems\, improve water quality\, and help restore the natural systems we all depend on. \nWhen you purchase plants from West Creek Conservancy\, you’re supporting that work across Northeast Ohio. Proceeds from our plant sales help us protect and restore local streams\, forests\, wetlands\, and other natural spaces. \nShop in Person or Order Here\, Pick-Up on Saturday\, September 26\, 2026 \nOur online pre-sale window will run until September 22nd. This is best chance to get the plants you want because many of them sell out during the pre-sale. Your order will be ready for pick-up during the plant sale only! We are not shipping orders and we cannot accommodate an alternative pick-up date. \nBoxes will be available for plant pickup while supplies last\, but if you are able\, please bring your own box to help carry your plants home. At this time we cannot accommodate alternative pick-up dates. Please bring payment with you at time of pickup. Parking is available on site. Overflow parking is available on Regency Drive.
